Deliveries + Ordering Online

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all UK postcodes. Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand and most other worldwide destinations. Please see checkout for accurate shipping to your location. 

How is my order confirmed?

We will send you an email confirmation once you have completed the checkout process. If you have not received a confirmation email please contact orders@theatresupportfund.co.uk.

When will I receive my order?

We currently aim to process your order within 7 working days.

How do I check my delivery or see my order history?

You will receive your order confirmation email after you’ve checked out. If you do not receive confirmation of your order, please contact our customer service team on orders@theatresupportfund.co.uk, they'll be more than happy to help. 

How do I amend the number of products in my basket?

Just click on the shopping basket button on the top right of the website. That will take you to your order summary page, where you can remove or change the quantity of any product in your shopping basket. You cannot make any changes to your basket after the point of order.

Can I change/add a delivery address after ordering?

Our customer services team will do our best to help you with this if you reach out quickly, but please note if your order is already with our courier we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to revise your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@theatresupportfund.co.uk.

Returns + Refunds

What is your refund policy?

As this is a charity product unless your item is received damaged we are unable to offer refunds. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size we are happy to facilitate this. Please note you will be charged for exchange shipping.
